Activities for the year of 2024 – 25
  1. Date: 28.06.2024: For Baby M. Anvitha D/o Late Venkatesham, relative Mr. B Raju requested Sahrudaya trust, support for the educational purpose. Sashrudaya trust donated Rs. 10,000/- her tuition fee paid to M/s. Satya Sai High School for the period of 2024-25.
  2. Date: 10.07.2024: Mr. Ramesh applied for financial support for the tuition fee for his son Master. R Jai Vardhan. Term fee Rs. 22,200/- paid to M/s. Nexgen Educational Trust by Sahrudaya trust.
  3. Date: 29.07.2024: Ms. N Gayatri Veda School fee Rs. 24,000/- AND Master. N. Sainath School fee Rs. 21,000/- Total Rs. 45,000/- paid by Sahrudaya trust to M/s Ramakrishna Mission High School.
  4. Date; 15.02.2025: Ms. Chakali Sravanthi for her B.Sc (BZC) IV semister exam fee Rs. 1,940/- paid to Govt. College for Women, Gajwel.

  7. Date: 18.10.2024: In Aadarana Home-(Orphanage) – Trust has taken up 3 children – Ms. SK. Bibi Hajera, Ms. K. Pranavika. And Ms. Ganderla Anusha – responsibility for their Hostel and Schooling for the period of one year Paid Rs .90,000/- to Aadarana Home, Hyderabad.

  9. Date: 14.03.2025: Ms. Rudra Archana, studding MBBS at Khazakisthan (Russia) Sahrudaya trust donated Rs. 50,000/- tuition fee.
  10. Date: 14.03.2025: Three students got Merit in their 10th standard examinations from ZP High School, Tamiria, Gudivada Mandal, Krishna Dist. Mr. M. Naga Jagadeesh, Ms. G Aruna, Ms. P Jaya Sree. Sahrudaya Trust given Rs. 8000/- each Merits Scholarship for their higher studies.

  3. Date: 25.07.2023: Mrs. Vijaya (Mrs. Sailaja) Secretary to Dr Gokhale at Guntur for her Children School Fee Rs. 19,000/- paid by Sahrudaya Trust.

  2. Date: 23.12.2019: Mr. Edukondalu, Heart Transplant patient requested for the school fee for his children Master. Raju / Master. Teja / Master. Venkatesh. Sahrudaya trust paid Rs. 54,000/- to M/s. Vidya Vihar High School, Guntur fir these children tuition fees for the year 2019-20.

Health awareness interactive session at NTR Stadium, on 22nd Sept,12 by 6.30am organized by Hanumayamma, chairman, Chaitanya sputhy, Mr Wazid, laughing club, and Dr Seshaiah are the other participants. Dr AGK Gokhale delivered a lecture on KNOW YOUR HEART and conducted an interactive session with the participants. 150 people taken part.

  4. Retd IFS officers club organized and interactive session on Heart with Dr AGK Gokhale on 23rd Sept, 12 by 12.20 pm at KBR Park, banjarahills, Hyderabad. 40 officers are taken part.


  5. On the occasion of World Heart Day Dr AGK Gokhale an interactive session organized in association with HYDERABAD CENTRA WALKARS INTERNATIONAL CLUB at Sundaraiah Park, baghlingmpally, by 6.30 am on 29th Sept, 2012. Mr Nagabushanam presedent, AP Walkers international, Hyderabad central President Mr Damodar Reddy, Secretory Mr Krupanandam are other vips. 120people are actively taken part in the session.


  6. Rotary Club, Secunderabad. General body meeting held at Hotel Ramada Manohar on 31st Oct, 2012. Dr AGK Gokhale is felicitated on his 1st successful Lung Transplantation surgery, first time in the history of Andhra Pradesh. Rotary club, Secunderabad has donated Rs 50,000 to SAHRUDAYA HEALTH,MEDICAL AND EDUCATIONAL TRUST. Dr Gokhale conducted interactive session on TIPS OF HEALTHY HABITS – THINGS TO KNOW, and 10 winners are received complimentary health check-up gift coupons in association with Yashoda Hospital, Secunderabad.


  7. Walkers International state annual conference is held at APS RTC Kalyanamandapam, Hyderabad on 8th & 9th of Dec 2012. Behalf of Sahrudaya health, medical and educational trust Dr AGK Gokhale delivered a lecture on HEART & HEALTHY HABITS, and In association with Yashoda Hospital, Secunderabad 1200 dairies are distributed to the delegates.


  8. OPEN HOUSE-Mr Surya prakash is organizing a house where the people, who come from long distance to city, can utilize facility of coking their food can rest between 9 am to 6 pm free of cost, located at Dishuknagar. In an Annual meeting, on15th Dec 2012 invited Dr AGK Gokhale sir to deliver a lecture on HEALTHY FOOD HABITS. behalf of Sahrudaya health, medical and educational trust. Program held between 5-6 pm.


Activities for the year 2011 – 12
  1. Health Lecture – “Know Your Heart and Art of Healthy living” at Services officers Pensioner’s association ( Retd Officers IAS, IPS & IFS) on 24th April 12.00 noon to 1.00 pm at FAPCCI Building, Red Hills, Hyderabad. About 75 senior IAS,IPS and IFS officers attended this session. Lots of interest was generated and they greatly appreciated the usefulness of the session.


  2. Health Lecture – Know Your Heart – How to prevent Heart Attack” to the doctors, technical and paramedical staff of HMRI(104), at Begumpet, Hyderabad on 4th June 2011 – 1.30 to 2.30 pm: HMRI is doing pioneering work in Andhra Pradesh in advising people when they call 104 with various health related issues. With the idea that if their staff are trained in preventive aspects, Dr Avulappa, and The Director of HMRI are invited Dr A.G.K.Gokhale to conduct a training and interactive session to all the staff of HMRI. About 125 staff including doctors, technical and pramedical staff attended the session with lots of enthusiasm and they felt that they greatly benefited from this session and promised that they will spead this information through their services.


  3. Rotary Club and Walkars Association conducted a health talk on KNOW YOUR HEART at Jublee Hills, Rotary Club Hall on 13th September 2011 by 6.30 pm.Dr AGK Gokhale delivered the lecture, 60 club members participate and interactive session also followed on.
  4. Health talk and Interactive session has been conducted in association with Global Hospital at Senior Citizen’s Council, SR Nagar, Hyderabad on 30th September 2011 by 7.00.pm. Session was runfor 2 hrs and 50 members are participated.


Activities for the year 2010 – 11

Trust focused on public education under the title “know your heart”about prevention of heart diseases to various target groups . These were conducted by Dr A.G.K.Gokhale, Chairman of the Trust.

  1. Health Talk on Prevention of cardiac problems and healthy living at Verizon Data Services India Ltd Madapur Hightech city, Hyderabad on 08th April 2010.: Nearly 150 employees and staff of the organization attended this talk and interacted with the speaker.


  2. Health Talk on Healthy Hearts – mason Club members at Goshamahal Hyderabad 6.00 pm on Sept 2010. 75 members othe club with their families attended this session.
  3. Health Talk on Know your Heart to the staff of AVANTEL ON 29TH Oct 2010 by 4.00 to 5.00 pm. Sri Vidyasagar, MD of the Avantel company , is a philanthrophist who always believed in giving back to the society. He sponsored the website of the Sahrudaya Trust. About 50 staff of the Avantel company attended the health talk. Most of these are young people less than 30 years of age.


  4. Healthy Hearts – Know your Heart – Health Talk at Kshatriya club , Greenland Society, kompally, medchel Kshatriya community, on 06th Nov 2010. About 75 people belonging to the Kshatriya club attended the session along with their families. They interacted nearly 3 hours and the age group ranged from 20 years to 75 years.


  5. JCI Annual Meet, at Hotel RAMADA, Begumpet, Hyderabad Lecture on Know Your Heart and Well Being on 2nd Jan 2011. 8.00 pm to 11.00 pm. Dr A.G.K.Gokhale, Chairman of the trust was invited as Chief guest on the occasion of “Installation Night”. About 250 people including the Jaycess and their families participated in this meeting. This interactive education session was highly appreciated.


  6. Heart Check-up Health Camp in Association with Global Hospital at Gowri Ashram, Bahadurpally, Medchel, Rangareddy Dist. on 16th Jan 2011. 10.00 am to 3.00 pm. This year also, Trust participated in the mega camp conducted by the Diyalibai Gauri Charitable Trust. About 400 villages from in and around Bahadurpally participated in this multispecialty camp. Free drugs were distributed by the Diyalibai Gauri Charitable Trust.


  7. Live beyond 100 years programe at FAPCCI Building, Red Hills Hyderabad on 27th Jan 2011. 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm “ Know Your Heart” for long life. The Chairman of FAPCCI, Mr Sekhar Agarwal organized a health symposium on “Living beyond 100 years”. Participants. Dr A.G.K.Gokhale spoke on how to prevent heart problems by power point presentation. Nearly 100 members attended the session. It was received well by all the participants and the media.


  8. Health Talk on “Know Your Heart” at Indian School of Business Management, Gachi Bowli, Hyderabad, on 28th Jan 2011. by 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm. As part of its strategy to educate the present and future leaders and opinion makers, a interactive session was conducted to the students of ISB, Hyderabad to increase their awareness about the heart problems and the ways of preventing heart problems.


Activities for the year 2009 – 10

Health Talk and cardiac screening camp to the staff of Bharati Vidya Bhavan, Jublee Hills, Hyderabad on 26th and 27th of Sept. 2009 (ref.1)

Along with conducting screening camps for heart problems, Trust firmly believes in educating people about prevention of heart diseases. The target people for education are teachers, opinion makers and people below 40 years like in the IT industry. As part of it, it prepared a talk” Know your heart” inc luding the proven principles on how to prevent a heart attack. The Chairman of the trust, Dr A.G.K.Gokhale conducted a interactive session on “Know your Heart” with teachers and staff of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Public School, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, A.P.. Participants included Secretary of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan foundation Mr Gopalakishan and Principal of the School Mrs Ramadevi and other teachers. The idea is that prevention should be started early at school age and teachers are the best people to guide students. Nearly 120 staff of the school were tested for high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol and obesity and were councelled by the heart specialists.

Health camp at Gouri Asharam, Bahadurpally, Medchel, Rangareddy dist on 17th Jan 2010

Gouri Ashram was established by one of the trustees of the Trust- Mr. Dayanand Gauri. He is an industrialist and philanthropist to the core. Mr.Gauri is the chairman of Diyalibai Gauri Charitable Trust,which established Gouri Ashram at Bahadurpally. It looks after parentless girl children. He has set up a vocational training center for unemployed rural girls in association with the National Academy of Construction and Rajiv Udyogsri. He conducts a multi-specialty health camp every year for the people in villages in and around Bahadurpally. Sahrudaya trust participated in that camp and screened about 110 people for heart problems and advised them accordingly.
